Acceptable Use
These rules protect AINV users, systems, content, and partners. They apply whenever you access the AINV website, account services, forms, interfaces, or related digital resources.
1. Lawful and authorized use
Use the services only for lawful purposes and within the access granted to you. Do not use them to violate law, regulation, contractual duties, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or another person's legal interests.
2. Security and access controls
Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization; bypass authentication, rate limits, or technical restrictions; access another account; share credentials improperly; intercept traffic; or introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive payloads. Report suspected security issues responsibly through the contact form.
3. Data, content, and communications
Do not upload or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or privacy-invasive material. Do not submit trade instructions, account secrets, unnecessary sensitive information, unsolicited promotions, or content designed to manipulate or mislead recipients.
4. Automated and excessive use
Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, index, train systems on, or access the services through automated means except where expressly permitted in writing or by a published machine-readable instruction. Do not impose unreasonable load, evade usage limits, or interfere with normal operation.
5. Identity and representation
Do not impersonate a person or organization, misrepresent affiliation or authority, forge identifiers, create accounts using false details, or present AINV content in a way that implies endorsement, advice, performance assurance, or regulatory approval.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve relevant records. Where reasonably necessary, we may remove content, limit activity, revoke sessions, suspend or terminate access, notify affected parties, or cooperate with lawful authorities. We may consider context, severity, repetition, and risk when responding.
7. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse, security issues, or unlawful activity through the AINV contact form with enough detail for responsible review. Do not publicly disclose a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address it.
8. Changes
We may update these rules as the services, threats, and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective means you agree to follow the revised rules.
